Vince Gagner, MSc., CRSP
President

Vince Gagner completed a BSc in Public & Occupational Health and a Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety at Ryerson and then went on to complete an MSc in Medical Sciences (Environmental Health Risk) at the U of Alberta.  Vince began work in Northern Alberta and Northern BC conducting ecological and human health risk assessments. He then moved to Nova Scotia as on offshore oil and gas safety regulator and part-time instructor for Ryerson and Dalhousie.  He moved to the position of HSE Manager at a large refinery operation in Sarnia, Ontario and then progressed to Corporate HSE Management at a Houston-based energy company.  In late 2010, Vince decided to leave corporate life and dedicate himself fully to SHREC™ Inc. where he works with clients from various industry sectors across North America.

Jennifer Gagner, BA, BEd
Education & Training

Jennifer Gagner is a highly trained, experienced and professional Educator.  She obtained her BA from the University of Toronto and BEd from the University of Alberta and is progressing through her Masters in Distance Education from Athabasca.  As a professional Teacher, Jennifer is able to provide personal insight into what motivates all people to want to learn and improve.  With the help of the SHREC™ Team, Jennifer supports the development of both classroom and web-based educational modules.  She also reviews all formal publications to ensure that they meet or exceed company / client standards.

Avril Gagner, RPN
Health and Wellness

Avril Gagner is a trained and experienced RPN.  Avril is fully bilingual in both French and English.  In addition to her nursing qualifications she also achieved certifications from the Royal Lifesaving Society of Canada as a National Lifeguard.  With the help of the SHREC™ Team, Avril is able to provide general OHS program support for injury response, fit-for-work assessments, Mental Health Awareness, Psychological Safety, and Occupational Health programming.

Sienna Gagner, Student, Chem Eng, U of Toronto
Technical Specialist / Branding and Promotions

Sienna Gagner is finishing her third year and entering her final year of Chemical Engineering at the University of Toronto.  Sienna is fully bilingual in both French and English.  She achieved certification by the Royal Lifesaving Society of Canada with her Bronze Cross and Standard First Aid Certification.  With the help of the SHREC™ Team, Sienna is able to conduct [non-engineering] technical reviews, and quality checks for data transcription, report accuracy and logic.  Sienna is also our lead for all branding and promotions.

Ellita Gagner, Student, Music and Psychology, Western
Workplace Culture / Communication

Ellita Gagner is completing her second year of Music and Psychology at the University of Western Ontario.  Ell is fully bilingual in both French and English.  She achieved certification by the Royal Lifesaving Society of Canada with her Bronze Cross and Standard First Aid Certification.  With the help of the SHREC™ Team, Ellita provides vision around motivational factors associated with general workplace climate / culture.  She also functions as our company Communications Coordinator.
